Your right

Contact options

If you contact us by form on the website, by phone or by e-mail, your data will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of further questions. This is a legitimate interest in the sense of the DSGVO. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Contacting us via live chat

We also offer a live chat on our website for contacting us and providing advice. This is offered by our order processor LiveChat (US Office: LiveChat, Inc., 101 Arch Street, 8th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts, USA; Europe: TEXT S.A, ul. Zwycięska 47, 53-033 Wroclaw, Poland).

The processing of the data thus obtained is carried out for the purpose of answering your inquiries via live chat. The provision of your data is voluntary. Processing for any other purpose or other transmission as well as profiling are not provided.

LiveChat uses cookies to provide the live chat. In the process, personal data is also processed (IP address, date and time of the call, browser type/version, operating system, URL of the previously visited page, amount of data sent).

The live chat is only provided with your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit a DSGVO).

Other personal data that is collected when you contact us via the live chat (name, contact details, specific information about your request) is processed for the purpose of handling your request, depending on the occasion, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para 1 lit a DSGVO), a legal obligation (Art. 6 para 1 lit c DSGVO) or overriding legitimate interests of SERVICE:FOCUS Reitmeir & Waldhör OG (Art. 6 para 1 lit f DSGVO).

Your data will be kept for the period of processing your request and deleted afterwards. The maximum retention period of the chat data is 60 days if you have not consented to a longer period.

Data collection and data processing in the course of order processing

We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us when contacting us (e.g. via contact form, e-mail or telephone).

Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide to process the contract and to handle your inquiries.

After complete processing of the contract and after expiry of the retention periods under tax and commercial law, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data.

Serverlogfiles

For technical reasons, information is transmitted to us or the web space provider by the browser. This information may include the following data:

  • Operating system,
  • Pages visited,
  • Date and time of your access
  • IP address.

This data is not linked to personal data. The provider uses the log data only for statistical analysis, security and optimization of the offer. The log data can be subsequently checked if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use due to concrete indications.
